Through its many industry contacts and investor relations, NackDevelopment delivers returns to its investors by acquiring niche development properties, adding value to these properties through the entitlement process and delivering a finished product, that Nack Development, local jurisdictions, investors and the end users can take pride in. Most recently, Nack Development in collaboration with a regional homebuilder, entitled 71 lots in the City of Frisco, TX and sold this property to the third largest production homebuilder in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. Nack is currently working throughout the Metroplex on multiple projects and has quickly developed a reputation as an innovative, honest and transparent company.
