Sheila Laye joined the Delta Dallas team in 2012 as our Business Development Director and in 2018, returned to the company as Vice President.

Sheila Laye has been dedicated to the Staffing Industry for over two decades and brings with her a depth of experience that provides both clients and prospects a valuable resource for staffing and technology related information. She brings a creative, collaborative approach to everything she does.

Sheila has been awarded President’s Award and has been recognized as Top Sales Producer several times in her career. Her innate talents for networking and relationship-building translate into impressive results for her clients.

Throughout her career, Sheila has excelled in many areas, rising from Account Manager to Business Development Manager now to Vice President.
