Grady is the President and CEO of the Dallas Pulse a major league pro volleyball league.
The team will make its debut during the 2026 Major League Volleyball (MLV) season, kicking off in January, marking a major milestone as the region’s first women’s professional volleyball team. In September, Shannon Winzer was named as the team's head coach.
In 2027, the league will add two more expansion teams in Washington, D.C. and Northern California.
“North Texas is one of the most passionate and competitive volleyball markets in the country,” said Grady Raskin, President and CEO of Dallas Pulse. “Our name represents the heart of the city and the tempo of the game."
