3to1 Foundation

After 25 years in corporate America, including nearly 22 years @ the Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Wayne Dominck transitioned to non profit to help empower the community.  He worked at Reading Partners for 3 years before recently taking the Director role at the 3to1 Foundation. 

The 3to1 Foundation is an educational and nonprofit organization that serves the community by providing financial seminars and programs for people of all ages.  Through our interactive seminars, students learn about topics such as goal setting, budgeting, investing, and debt management.  In addition, the 3to1 Foundation sponsors an annual scholarship program and an essay contest to promote financial literacy.  Our mission is to help people attain lifetime economic freedom.
