Treasured Vessels Foundation

Kirstin is a devoted advocate for those whose voices have been silenced through trauma, exploitation, poverty, or stigma. A lifelong volunteer for a variety of organizations and ministries, her greatest accomplishments prior to working with Treasured Vessels Foundation include implementing and developing nutritional and educational programs and funding capital projects such as chapels and community centers located in rural communities within Olancho, Honduras. Kirstin has also spent five years as a middle school special education teacher and dyslexia therapist while earning two master’s degrees in education from the University of North Texas.

Today, Kirstin focuses on community outreach and education designed to expose the harsh realities of domestic sex trafficking, while facilitating relationships with individuals and organizations intended to support the long-term, residential care in Treasured Vessels Foundation's safe house for survivors of sex trafficking. Being invited to speak on behalf of women who are unable to speak for themselves as they pursue a path toward freedom is a great honor for which she is truly thankful.
