Suad Bejtovic
Visual Arts Guild of Frisco

Suad was born and raised in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where his father helped him fall in love with photography by giving him his first camera as a gift for his 11th birthday. Since then, he’s been unlocking the many secrets of photography and thoroughly enjoying himself in the process.

A US resident since 1997, and citizen since 2004, Suad has been fascinated with his new homeland, and especially its western portions, with National Parks and the abundance of other scenic areas and public lands.

He worked in Corporate America for 15 years, during which time he was fortunate enough to travel and build his fine art portfolio. Many of his best photographs were created on trips to California, Utah, Arizona and Nevada, although he always has a camera ready in Texas, too.

Suad enjoys offering his skills to area nonprofits and volunteering; he teaches Continuing Education photography classes at the Collin County Community College. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, and is the President of Visual Arts Guild of Frisco.
